Anouk Saksena (Managing Director)

Born in Bahrain and raised in Dubai, Anouk‘s upbringing encompasses the best of both worlds, being an expat in the Khaleej.

An early entrant into the workforce, Anouk started at the age of 20 while still in university in order to maintain her active social life! Her dedication and tenacity taught her the value of a hard earned dirham.

Anouk has a background in marketing, public relations and event management due to her stint at Space Imaging Middle East (SIME). Thrown into the chaotic world of event organizing she not only learnt how to swim but also made it to shore. Managing such high profile events as IDEX and the Dubai Air Show for SIME Anouk prospered due to her team playing spirit, excellent leadership, fair delegation style and genuine passion for what she did.

She later went on to greener pastures with Manzil, Centre for Challenged Individuals. There she handled all aspects of business administration for the centre including organizing all events and most importantly fundraising.

Anouk likes to be thrown into the deep end and find her way back to “dry land”. She enjoys the challenge and working under pressure brings out the best in her.

Through her experience within the Dubai work environment, she gathered extensive knowledge in vastly different fields. Anouk fused her love for business management with her passion to do good for others and the rest is history!

BIB grew from the concept of two dynamic backgrounds with a common objective in mind. Celebrating similarities and differences between Sandi and Anouk who have a symbiotic relationship is reflected in their programming portfolio.

Anouk has strong communication skills and is effective in relationship building. Her interests include meeting new people, building up a rapport with them and creating partnerships that prove beneficial to both parties involved. Anouk thrives on organized chaos. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out and most importantly maintaining her title as Reality TV Junkie!!!
